Promotion Director Wanted: Nashville
Calling all Promotion Directors! A rare opportunity has arisen to join a leading family-owned group of stations in Nashville. Midwest Communications Nashville is seeking a dynamic and strategic Promotions and Social Media Director to create and execute comprehensive promotional activities both on and off the air for AC WJXA (Mix 92.9), Adult Hits WCJK (96.3 Jack FM) and Classic Country WNFN (Y’all 106.7).
This person will be integral in enhancing the stations’ branding, revenue-generating opportunities, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, motivation, and a commitment to the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications: 1) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; 2) Proven experience in a marketing or promotions role, preferably in the broadcast industry; 3) Strong understanding of promotional and marketing strategies; 4) Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills; 5) Proficiency in using promotional tools like PromoSuite; 6) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
