Shibley Joins The Cat

• Hall Communications’ Country WCTK (Cat Country 98.1)/Providence has hired April Shibley as Promotions Manager. She will also oversee promotions for Classic Hits sister WNBH (Big 101.3)/New Bedford, MA. Current Cat Country 98.1 Promotions Coordinator Lindsay Morrison is transitioning into WCTK sales full-time.

Shibley arrives bearing major market experience, having most recently served in a similar capacity for Cumulus Media (WNSH, WPLJ, WNBM and WABC) in New York City. “April is a true industry pro, and we are thrilled to have her join us in Providence,” said Bob Walker, VP of Programming for Hall Communications. “Cat Country is a very promotionally active radio station and she’s the right person to lead that charge.”

Shibley remarked, “I’m excited to join Hall and be a part of Cat Country 98.1’s 30th anniversary year. Rhode Island is such a great place to live and I can’t wait for summers on Narragansett Beach.” Shibley can now be reached at ashibley@hallradio.net.
