Wanted: Morning Co-Host, Fredericksburg
• Connoisseur Media in beautiful Fredericksburg, VA, is looking for an energetic, creative, and engaging On-Air Personality to join the morning show on 93.3 WFLS (Today’s New Country) alongside host Ian Rambo, and cover the midday shift on Top 40 sister WVBX (LIVE 99.3). Grayson Williams recently left for a position outside of radio.
We’re looking for a confident and entertaining communicator who can inform, connect with, and entertain listeners while bringing a fresh perspective and plenty of personality to the air. This is an opportunity to be more than just a voice behind the microphone — you’ll be an active part of the Fredericksburg community, creating content, interviewing local newsmakers, engaging with listeners, representing the station at events, and helping grow the 93.3 WFLS brand across broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
The position calls for 2-3 years of previous radio experience, as well as experience in producing or co-hosting a morning show, creating video, social media, and other digital content, conducting live interviews, remotes, and station appearances. Strong knowledge of the Fredericksburg community and surrounding market would be ideal.
