• Midwest Communications in Evansville, IN — home of Classic Rock 107.5 WABX, Top 40 WSTO (Hot 96), AC 104.1 WIKY, and Country WLYD (93.5 The Lloyd) — is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager who is familiar with radio, understands what makes a station succeed, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in wherever needed.
Candidates should have prior experience in radio programming, preferably as a Brand Manager, Program Director, APD, etc., and come equipped with a tech-savvy background with the ability to learn a variety of platforms that include but are not limited to: TextGroove, Socast, WideOrbit Playlist Editor, 11Labs (AI audio integration) our company portal website, and podcasting infrastructure. Experience with WideOrbit Automation and MusicMaster scheduling is a plus. Multi-format radio experience is preferred — knowledge of Top 40 or Hot AC is ideal.
