Bruce Logan: Free Agent

RAMP has confirmed that Bruce Logan is exiting his post as VP of Programming for Entercom Houston after a five-year run. Logan was also PD of Country KILT (100.3 The Bull) and Adult Hits KKHH (95.7 The Spot). No replacement has been named.

Logan arrived in Houston as VP of Programming and OM of CBS Radio’s six-station group in December 2013, transitioning from iHeartMedia, where he had served as Regional Program Manager overseeing Asheville and Greensboro, NC and Greenville, SC. He was also PD of Country WTQR/Greensboro, Country duo WSSL and WESC/Greenville, SC and was the company’s National Country Brand Coordinator. Logan previously served as OM/PD of Clear Channel Charlotte.

When contacted by RAMP, Logan sent us this statement, which read, “The past five years have flown by. I am so proud of the team we assembled in Houston and all they accomplished. We re-established KILT-FM into one of the tightest format battles in the country, launched KKHH-FM to immediate ratings success, won an ACM Award and did some really important work during Hurricane Harvey. For the first time in my career I am going to take some time, relax and then find the next exciting adventure.” Looking ahead, Logan can be contacted at bruceloganradio@gmail.com.
