Cadillac Takes On Altoona’s Froggy 98.1

• Nice to see veteran Country programmer/personality Cadillac Jack right back in action — less than a month after his departure from afternoon drive on Audacy Country WDSY (Y108)/Pittsburgh, Caddy, (a.k.a. Tom Kapsalis) has been snapped up by 7 Mountains Media as the new PD/afternoon talent for WFGY (Froggy 98.1)/Altoona, PA, starting Monday.

He succeeds “Jumpin’ Jim” Wisor, who in December transferred to the PD post at sister WFGI (Froggy 95.5)/Johnstown, PA.

Prior to his arrival in Pittsburgh, Caddy was APD/morning personality for WHEL/Ft. Myers, FL and WITL-FM/Lansing, MI. His lengthy resume includes earlier stints at WYCD/Detroit, WQYK/Tampa, KCYE/Las Vegas, and WXTU/Philadelphia.
