Ciliberto Has Both Your Commutes Covered
• Bold Gold Media Group announced the brand expansion of the popular Ciliberto & Friends, hosted by veteran broadcaster Paul Ciliberto, with the launch of Ciliberto & Friends in the Afternoon, weekdays from 4-7pm on WDNB (Thunder 102)/Monticello, NY.
The new show marks Ciliberto’s triumphant return to Thunder 102, where he helped build one of the region’s most recognizable radio brands over an 18-year run. He will continue to host Ciliberto & Friends in the Morning weekdays from 7-9am on WVOS-AM (Catskills News Talk 92.5 & 94.9), giving listeners the opportunity to start and end their day with the familiar voice they have trusted for decades.
“Paul has always been more than a radio personality — he’s a trusted voice in our community,” said Dawn Ciorciari, General Manager of Bold Gold Media Group’s New York Region. “Bringing him back to Thunder 102 in the afternoons feels like a homecoming. It gives our listeners another opportunity each day to stay informed, connected, and engaged with what’s happening across our region while reinforcing our commitment to truly local radio.”
Ciliberto is a 50-year radio pro, the past 20 of those years spent in Thunder Country. During his original 18-year run on Thunder 102, Ciliberto & Friends became the longest-running live radio show in Sullivan County history. Three years ago, as the show evolved toward a News-Talk format, it moved over to Catskills News Talk, where it has continued to grow.
