Crash Reported In Victoria, Texas
• “Crash” Kelley is the newly named Director of Content for Townsquare Media’s four-station group in Victoria, TX.
Kelley, a.k.a. Joe Browning, joined Townsquare a year ago as Director of Content for the company’s five-station group in San Angelo, TX, making the move from Corpus Christi, TX, where he was Director of Programming for Starlite Radio Group, and earlier, Corporate PD for Tejas Broadcasting’s English Language stations. In between, Browning was OM of the four-station Cumulus group in Melbourne, FL. Earlier programming stops include Cumulus duo KMCK/Fayetteville and KBBQ/Ft. Smith, AR, WMGB (B95.1)/Macon, GA, and KQLK & KBIU/Lake Charles, LA. A native of Charleston, WV, Kelley began his radio career at WAMX/Huntington, WV.
Kelley/Browning broke his own news in a Sunday Facebook post that reads, “Good news. I am now Director of Content for Townsquare Victoria. Some continuing duties in San Angelo. That means I get to stay near my beach, and continue caring for mom as she recovers from her stroke.
