DRocc Upped To PD Of Foxy 99 & The Bounce
• Beasley Media Group Fayetteville, NC announces Sherman “DJ DRocc” Howze has been promoted to the position of Urban Brand Manager/Program Director of legendary Urban WZFX (Foxy 99) and Classic Hip Hop WUKS (107.7 The Bounce). DRocc has been with the cluster for the past two decades, most recently serving as Music Director of both stations.
In making the formal announcement of DRocc’s elevation, Tee Gentry, Beasley VP of Brand Strategies and Regional OM of the company’s Augusta and Fayetteville stations, said of DRocc, “This guy has worked hard, behind the scenes, as music director for a long time. Now, it’s his time to program the legendary Foxy 99 and the new 107.7 The Bounce. It’s such a pleasure to name DRocc as Program Director of both stations.”
