Eagan Annexes KS95/Twin Cities

The announcement was made by Dan Seeman, Hubbard Radio President/Region Manager Minnesota, who remarked, “I’m incredibly excited about the future of KS95. Chris is one of the preeminent programming minds in the country, and while serving as interim Brand and Content Manager has already built strong relationships with the staff. He was an immediate culture fit and will have a strong impact on one of the greatest radio brands in America.”

Eagan joined Hubbard Radio in January 2025 after a 16-year run at Cox Media Group, most recently as SVP of Audience and Programming, where he led the programming strategy, audience development, and multiplatform distribution for CMG’s radio brands across ten markets. Prior to that, Eagan was Operations Director for CMG’s Atlanta stations — WSB-FM (B98.5), Classic Hits WSRV (97.1 The River), News-Talk WSB-AM, and Urban AC WALR (Kiss 104.1), and was also CMG’s AC/Hot AC Format Leader. Eagan’s career also includes programming positions in New Haven, Providence, and Boston.
