Miller Returns To The Programming Dept.

• Busy day in the hallways of iHeartMedia Central PA, where it was announced that Mike Miller has been named Vice President of Programming for Harrisburg and Lancaster, PA, effective Nov. 1. Miller will now be responsible for day-to-day operations for the seven-station cluster, including daily PD duties for Country WRBT (Bob 94.9) and Urban WHKF (Real 99.3)/Harrisburg. The move back into the programming side of the building will be a short walk for Miller, who most recently served as Account Executive with the Harrisburg sales team.

Miller began his career at WLAN (FM97)/Lancaster, PA when he was 16 and has been with the company ever since. His programming credentials include WZFT (Z104.3)/Baltimore and the former 99.3 Kiss FM (now Real 99.3)/Harrisburg. He was also APD/afternoons for KKRZ (Z100)/Portland, OR; and Imaging Director for WIOQ (Q102)/Philadelphia.

Miller reports to Jeff Hurley, EVP for iHeartMedia’s National Programming Group, who said, “Mike brings an unparalleled understanding of our business and operations. His track record of innovation speaks for itself. He has created and grown unique brands from the ground up for over 20 years in Central PA. We’re excited to welcome Mike back to our programming team, where he got his first start on FM97 in Lancaster.”
