Now Entering Cumulus Albuquerque: Cody Clark

• Cumulus Albuquerque has appointed Cody Clark to the dual role of APD/afternoon drive talent on Country 92.3 KRST and Program Director of Adult Hits KDRF (103.3 eD-fm).

Clark arrives from Las Vegas, where he was most recently Program Director at Country AF Radio and previously Sr. Newscast Director/Morning Production Team Manager for Sinclair Broadcasting. He earlier served as MD/Night jock at Curtis Media Group Country WQDR/Raleigh, NC.

Clark now reports directly to KRST PD Bev Rainey, who moves from afternoons to middays to accommodate Clark, and replacing Megan Marie, who segues to mornings over on AC sister KMGA (Magic 99.5). “We are thrilled to welcome Cody to the KRST team,” Rainey said. “The combination of his passion for Country music, his unique talent for connecting with listeners, and his extensive experience in the industry, make him a perfect fit for Albuquerque’s much-loved Country brand.”

Clark commented, “I’m very excited to be working in Country radio again, and especially on the legendary KRST. I appreciate the chance to work with such a strong female programmer like Bev Rainey and thank her, VP/Market Manager Jeff Berry, and SVP, Programming Operations, John Dimick for this great opportunity.”
