Raneiri Returns To KSON/San Diego

• UPDATED: Stand by for the formal announcement, but RAMP has learned that Greg Raneiri is returning to radio — and to Audacy Country KSON/San Diego next week. We understand that Raneiri will be named Asst. Brand Manager for KSON and sister KWJJ (99.5 The Wolf)/Portland, OR and also do middays on KSON.

At KSON, Raneiri will succeed 16-year APD/MD Brooks O’Brian, who recently moved back to her home state of Minnesota as PD of Townsquare’s WWJO (98.1, Minnesota’s New Country)/St. Cloud.

Raneiri was most recently Director of West Coast Promotion for Mercury Nashville until earlier this year, but he previously spent six years with KSON. He also served as West Coast Director of Promotion for Quartz Hill Records, and his other radio stops include WXTU and the former WRDW/Philadelphia, WJDQ/Meridian, MSand KTMT/Medford, OR.
