Riley Named Ops. Director, CMG/Jacksonville

• Cox Media Group (CMG) Jacksonville has named Jules Riley Operations Director, effective August 24. In this role, Riley will be responsible for all cluster content for CMG Jacksonville Radio — WAPE, WJGL (96.9 The Eagle), WXXJ (X106.5), WOKV (News 104.5), WEZI (Easy 102.9); and all HD radio formats on Power 106.1, HOT 99.5 and ESPN 690.

Riley, a 20-year radio veteran, was most recently SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia’s seven-brand cluster in St. Louis and PD of Classic Hits KLOU and Country KSD (93.7 The Bull) until January, when she was one of many downsized during the company’s large-scale restructuring. Before that she was Operations Manager/Brand Manager for KVOO/Tulsa, OK. She previously programmed Hubbard Radio’s WARH (106.5 The Arch) & WMVN/St. Louis along with stops in Phoenix, Philadelphia, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA and Wichita, KS.
