Sessions Taking Her Talents To San Antonio

Lauren “Lo” Sessions, who currently handles the dual role of nights at Alpha Media Top 40 KBFF (Live 95.5) and MD at Rhythmic sibling WE 102.9 (KINK-HD2)/Portland, OR, has earned a transfer to the company’s San Antonio cluster, where she will take on yet another dual role — APD/MD/afternoon drive at Top 40 KTFM (Energy 94.1) and PD of Rhythmic sister WE 103.3 (KTFM-HD2), effective Nov. 1.

KTFM Content Director Robert “Cisco” Mueller noted, “The stars just got even brighter in Texas with the arrival of Lo. She’s blazing a trail to San Antonio that will undoubtedly elevate Energy 94.1.”

Sessions started her radio career as an intern at WFLZ/Tampa in 2012, working her way up to on-air personality before joining Alpha Media Portland in 2016. Commenting on her upcoming Alamo City move, Sessions remarked, “I’m all charged up and ready to bring some new ‘Energy’ to San Antonio. It’s a wonderful feeling staying with Alpha Media and being presented with this unique opportunity. My sincere thanks to Market Manager Lance Hawkins, Robert ‘Cisco’ Mueller, and EVP of Content Phil Becker for bringing me into the Alpha family five years ago.”

As Lo prepares to trade in her Blazers jersey for a Spurs jersey, a rare and prestigious APD/MD/on-air opening has now presented itself at Live 95.5 in Alpha Media’s corporate market. Interested candidates should carefully study the online posting, and send your stuff to both Live 95.5 Content/Music Director Amanda “ICE” Habrowski at amanda.habrowski@alphamediausa.com and to Phil Becker at phil@alphamediausa.com.
