Z104/Madison Inks Strife As APD/MD/PM
• iHeartMedia Top 40 WZEE (Z104)/Madison rolls out the welcome mat for the arrival of the station’s new APD/MD and afternoon drive talent — say hello to company veteran Sean Strife.
Strife relocates to the tropical state of Wisconsin after spending the past two years as PD of iHeartMedia Top 40 sister KOSY (Hot 95.7)/Cedar Rapids, IA. Before that he worked for iHeartMedia Los Angeles as a Producer for On Air With Ryan Seacrest at KIIS-FM. He also produced the Jesse Lozano in the Morning show and was on-air at Sports-Talk KLAC-AM. Strife is a native of Boca Raton, FL and began his radio career in Gainesville and at WLDI (WiLD 95.5)/West Palm Beach before moving to L.A. in 2013.
Strife commented, “I’m looking forward to working with PD Katie Kruz and the great team at WZEE-FM and excited to help contribute to the legacy of these call letters here in Madison.” Strife succeeds Aly Presser, who in January was awarded a transfer to the PD post at sister WSNX/Grand Rapids, MI.
