Bootleg Kev On Live 101.5
Phoenix radio pro Kevin Ratliff, a.k.a. “Bootleg Kev” is the new night jock on CBS Radio Top 40 KALV (Live 101.5). Ratliff will be enjoyed weeknights from 7-10pm starting Tuesday, January 17. “Kev is a radio vet and an incredible personality who brings a breadth of experience to Live 101.5,” said Tim Richards, VP of Programming for CBS Radio Phoenix. “He’s a hometown guy who was born and raised in Phoenix — he knows the market and what our listeners want. We are excited to have him join the Live 101.5 family.”
Ratliff’s previous stops include afternoon drive at crosstown KKFR (Power 98.3 & 101.9), KVEG/Las Vegas and WLLD (WiLD 94.1)/Tampa. Commenting on his new gig, Ratliff said, “I look forward to being back on the radio in my hometown and to work with the best team of jocks and programmers in Arizona.”
Note: Natasha Castles used to do 3-9pm and Chris Hernandez was doing 9pm-midnight. Castles recently moved up to join Live 101.5’s Morning Mess and also does afternoon drive; Hernandez will now do 10pm-1am.
