Couture Takes Middays @ Q102.1/San Francisco
• Kimmi Couture has been named as the new midday personality on Entercom Classic Hip Hop KRBQ (Q102.1)/San Francisco. Couture now enjoys the luxury of setting her alarm a few hours earlier, as she was previously a contributor to the Q102.1 morning show.
“Kimmi first showed us her star power on social media and we knew she would be a great addition to the Q102.1 team,” said Greg Nemitz, SVP/Market Manager, Entercom San Francisco. “We are confident she will build a strong rapport with her listeners and we are really excited to elevate her to a more high-profile spot on the station.”
Couture commented, “I’m beyond excited and thankful for the opportunity to host middays on Q102.1. It’s truly a dream come true and I’m looking forward to connecting with listeners in the Bay Area.”
The newly revised Q102.1 line-up looks like this — 6-10am: Chuy Gomez; 10am-2pm: Kimmi Couture; 2-7pm: Victor “Big Daddy” Zaragoza; 7-midnight: PD Billy Vidal.
