Channel Q officially launched in Palm Springs Thursday during Palm Springs Pride Festival weekend, with a live broadcast featuring Channel Q personalities Jai Rodriguez, Mikalah Gordon, Julie Goldman, Brandy Howard, Shira Lazar, Ryan Mitchell, Dr. Chris Donaghue and Carrie Keagan.
