Edwin Sees Daylight @ WPST

• That lovely cake in the jock lounge at Townsquare Media Top 40 WPST/Trenton, NJ is a key indicator that a staff promotion just occurred… congratulations are in order for Edwin Guevara, WPST’s evening entertainer and Promotions Coordinator, who has been upgraded to the far more awesome dual role of afternoon drive personality and full-on Promotions Director.

WPST OM Dave McKay told RAMP, ” It’s always great to be able to hire from within and no one deserves a promotion more than Edwin! He’s the ultimate team player and a perfect fit for this position.”

Guevara joined WPST in December 2015, transitioning from overnights on Kemp Broadcasting’s KVEG (Hot 97.5)/Las Vegas. He replaces Tom Shinn, who recently resigned to pursue opportunities outside of radio.
