New Afternoon Bru At 97.1 AMP/Los Angeles

• Entercom announced a revised weekday on-air lineup for Top 40 KAMP (97.1 AMP)/Los Angeles that includes the addition of major market vet Josh “Bru” Brubaker into afternoon drive, weekdays from 3-7pm PT as current afternoon host Yesi Ortiz segues to middays. The Morning Mess will continue to be heard from 6-10am, and Krystal Bee remains in the 7-midnight shift.

“Josh is an upcoming superstar that we’re really excited about adding to our family,” said Jeff Federman, Regional President. “His energetic personality and influence on social media will quickly resonate with our audience.”

Brubaker most recently worked for Cumulus Media Detroit as Creative Services Director and air talent on WDRQ (New Country 93.1) and Hot AC 96.3 WDVD. Earlier on-air stops include WQQO (Q105)/Toledo, OH and WLEW/Bad Axe, MI. “I’m so incredibly excited to join AMP and Entercom,” said Brubaker. “The opportunity to be a part of this amazing brand and do radio in L.A. is a dream come true. Huge thanks to Michael Martin, Jeff Federman, my agent Paul Anderson and Workhouse Media for being instrumental in making this opportunity a reality.”
