Sheppard Lands In Ft. Myers

Beasley Media Group Sports-Talk WWCN (99.3 ESPN)/Ft. Myers-Naples, FL has named Pete Sheppard as its new afternoon drive co-host, plugging in across from Craig Shemon. Celebrating his 29th year in broadcasting, Sheppard most recently worked at WEEI/Boston, where he served as a part time fill-in personality and host of the New England Patriots’ four-hour pre-game show. Before that Sheppard was part of WEEI’s The Big Show in afternoon drive and host of The Real Post Game Show with former NFL players Fred Smerlas and Steve DeOssie for 11 years.

Sheppard said, “I’m so excited to be part of the ESPN SWFL 99.3FM family and to be working afternoon drive with Craig Shemon.
