WBEB (Today’s 101.1 More FM)/Philadelphia keeps it in the family when filling its vacant afternoon drive position, promoting Mark Shepperd off the bench. As PD Chuck Knight remarked, “Mark is one of the most versatile people in radio. He has filled many different roles for us in various full and part-time positions over many years, most recently swing. We feel Mark’s upbeat energy and style is a perfect match to drive home Philly’s largest afternoon radio audience.”

Shepperd’s career has also included Philly stops at WYXR, WIOQ, WIP and WXTU, as well as WKXW/Trenton and WLEV/Allentown, PA. “I’m extremely excited, thankful and blessed to have been given this opportunity to work afternoons at this legendary radio station, WBEB Philadelphia,” said Shepperd, adding, “I’m more than ready to go!” Shepperd succeeds Logan, who last month left for the opportunity to do mornings at Fort Myers Broadcasting AC WINK-FM/Ft.
