Cerulli Named SVP/MM of Entercom San Diego
• Karyn Cerulli has been elevated to Senior Vice President and Market Manager of Entercom San Diego, effective January 1. She will retain her current responsibilities as Director of Sales and succeeds market fixture Bob Bolinger, who has held the SVP/Market Manager position since 2015 and will be stepping down at the end of the year to pursue other interests.
“Karyn is an exceptional, strategic leader who has made a mark since joining the team,” said Jeff Federman, Regional President, Entercom. “She has built a great team and delivered outstanding results as Director of Sales. We are thrilled to have her at the helm of Entercom San Diego.”
Cerulli is a 25-year radio industry pro who joined Entercom San Diego as Director of Sales in 2016. She previously held the same position at Cox Media San Diego and also served as General Sales Manager for Cox Media Group Atlanta. Cerulli began her broadcast career as an AE with Citadel Broadcasting in Providence. Commenting on her elevation, Cerulli said, “I’m excited to take this next step in my career and would like to thank [Entercom COO] Weezie Kramer, Jeff and Bob for the opportunity. I have great shoes to fill and am looking forward to leading the team to even greater success.”
