Hatch Named SVP/MM, Bonneville Phoenix

• Bonneville Phoenix promotes from within and elevates VP of Programming Ryan Hatch to SVP/Market Manager, overseeing News-Talk KTAR-FM and Sports-Talk duo KMVP (Arizona Sports 98.7) and KTAR-AM (ESPN Phoenix 620).

Hatch will succeed Scott Sutherland, who was recently promoted to the corporate team as Executive Vice President, Regional Media Operations for Bonneville International and oversees the Denver, Phoenix, Sacramento, San Francisco and Seattle markets.

Hatch has served as VP of Programming for Bonneville Phoenix since 2011. He’s actually been with the company since November 2006, when he launched Sports 620 KTAR/Phoenix. He served a stint as Operations Manager of Bonneville Seattle in 2010 before moving back to Phoenix in 2011.

Sutherland said, “I’m incredibly proud and excited to see Ryan in his new role as SVP/Market Manager. I have no doubt that under his leadership Bonneville Phoenix will soar to new heights.” Hatch remarked, “I’m humbled, honored and thrilled for the opportunity to lead the most talented team in local media in a city that my family loves and calls home. I look forward to continuing to serve our dynamic and growing community, our advertisers, team broadcast partners and the audiences of KTAR News, Arizona Sports and ESPN Phoenix.”

• Bonneville is still searching for a new Market Manager to lead the company’s Denver stations, as Bob Call recently announced his retirement the end of 2021.
