Ippolito Named Pres, iHeart San Diego/Riverside
• iHeartMedia has named Noreen Ippolito as Market President for the company’s San Diego and Riverside stations, effective July 31. She will succeed Melissa Forrest, who will transition into a consultant role.
Ippolito been with iHeartMedia for nearly three decades in various leadership positions, most recently as SVP of Sales for the San Diego and Riverside markets. In her new role she will report directly to Tom McConnell, Division President for iHeartMedia Markets Group, who said, “Noreen is an incredible talent with an outstanding track record. She has strong business acumen and understands how to build and cultivate high performing teams. She is the perfect choice to lead our San Diego and Riverside markets.”

The San Diego market includes Classic Rock KGB, Mainstream Rock KIOZ (Rock 105.5), Top 40 KHTS (Channel 93.3), Hot AC KMYI (Star 94.1), Rhythmic KSSX (Jam’n 95.7), News-Talk 600 KOGO, Talk KGB-AM 760 and Sports-Talk KLSD (XTRA 1360).
The Riverside group includes Active Rock KTMQ (Q103.3), Rhythmic 99.1 KGGI, Alternative KMYT (Radio 94.5), Fox Sports affiliate KPWK AM 1350, and BIN affiliate KFOO-AM 1440.
