Westwood One News Keeps Expanding
• Westwood One News emerges from the Thanksgiving holiday break giving thanks for a successful year, along with and some high-profile renewals and additions — the company has re-upped with WINS-AM/New York, KYW-AM/Philadelphia, WBZ-AM/Boston and WWJ-AM/Detroit while also adding some 70 new affiliates, including KKOB-AM/Albuquerque, WWJB-AM/Tampa, KMJ-AM/FM Fresno, KOKC-AM/Oklahoma City and WECK-AM/Buffalo.
