Cadillac Jack On The Loose!

• RAMP has learned that Cadillac Jack has exited his longtime morning show post at Cumulus Country WKHX (Kicks 101.5)/Atlanta. The story was initially broken by the reliable Rodney Ho, who covers radio, TV and film for The Atlanta Journal Constitution. RAMP is still awaiting an official confirmation from management.

According to Ho’s account, Cadillac started doing nights at Kicks in 1999 at the age of 20, and, with the exception of a few years with former sister WYAY (Y106.7) in the late ’90s, he had spent virtually his entire career with Kicks, notably doing afternoon drive for many years until his elevation to mornings in 2006, where he had been paired with a variety of co-hosts, including Kristen Gates, Dallas McCade,C.J. Lusk, Ali Mac(now doing mornings at Cox Media AC WEZI/Jacksonville) and most recently, Corey Dylan. According to the Kicks jock schedule posted online, former midday personality Dallas is now covering mornings, while Corey Dylan is now listed in middays.

According to Ho, Cadillac’s current contract, which he signed in 2017, runs through 2021. Stay tuned for further details.
