Loui Vee New PD of ATL’s The Beat

• iHeartMedia keeps it in the family and names DJ Loui Vee as the new PD of Urban WRDG (105.3 The Beat)/Atlanta.

Vee earns the transfer and market upgrade from his existing dual role as PD and on-air personality for Urban siblings WZRL (Real 98.3)/Indianapolis and WTFX (Real 93.1)/Louisville. He previously served as APD, Mix Show Coordinator and on-air personality for iHeartMedia Urban WXBT (100.1 The Beat)/Columbia, SC.

In his new ATL post, Vee will be responsible for overseeing all on-air, social and digital programming for 105.3 The Beat and report to Meg Stevens, SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Atlanta, who commented, “Very excited to have DJ Loui Vee in Atlanta.
