Garrison Earns Triple Tigers’ Upgrade
• Hope Garrison has been elevated from Promotions Coordinator to the newly created position of Manager of Marketing and Promotion at Triple Tigers Records — creating an important bridge between the two, mission-critical label functions.
In her expanded role, Garrison (left) will report to SVP of Promotion Kevin Herring and VP of MarketingLaura Hostelley. “As a promotion coordinator Hope has no equal,” said Herring. “Her attention to detail, ability to multi-task, while handling every challenge thrown at her, is amazing. I’m excited to continue to watch her grow in her new expanded role.” Hostelley remarked, “I’m so excited to be working with Hope in her new role. She has been an integral part of the team since she started, bringing creativity and tenacity in both the marketing and promotion world. As marketing and promotion continue to work closely together, her contribution in tying both together will bring great results for the Triple Tigers team and artists.”
Garrison said, “This is a wonderful opportunity and I’m thrilled to be working with Kevin and Laura in this new capacity. If this year has shown us anything it’s that marketing and promotion are working closer than ever. Without live shows, we have had to lean more on the digital marketing space to develop our artists for airplay purposes, and we don’t see that changing.”
While earning her Music Business degree from Belmont University, Garrison, a member of CMA and ACM, interned for Big Machine Label Group and Black River Entertainment before joining Triple Tigers in August 2018. But her industry education started closer to home — her father is Corey Garrison, the Program Director of Binnie Media Country WTHT (99.9 The Wolf)/Portland, ME. “My dad is why I got into radio promotion and went to Belmont,” Garrison said. “He’s the reason I love music.” Garrison can be congratulated at hope@tripletigers.com.
