Executive Action @ Research Director

• Following the December 31, 2021 retirement of Partner Charlie Sislen, Annapolis, MD-based Research Director, Inc. is implementing several significant staff changes and promotions to take place during the first quarter of 2022 — starting from left to right: Kathryn Boxill, previously a Sr. Sales Research Consultant will now be creating and leading the new Quality Control Team as the Quality Control Team Manager. Nicole Somerville, previously a Sales Research Consultant will be transitioning into the position of Production Team Manager. Anne Doyle move up from Operations Management into the Information Systems Administrator. Nakia Smith and Hayden Waugh will be moving from their Sales Research Consultant positions to join the Client Service Department as Client Service Consultants.
