Riley Comes Home To Fresno
Josh Riley is returning to Fresno as the newly named VP/GM of One Putt Broadcasting’s locally owned seven-station cluster — Alternative KFRR (New Rock 104.1), Top 40 KWDO (99.3 NOW FM), Classic Rock KJFX (95.7 The Fox), Triple A KJWL (K-Jewel 105.5), Oldies KYNO-AM and Sports-Talk KFIG-AM. Riley (left) spent the past year as Director of Sales for American General Media in Albuquerque, NM. Before that he served for seven years as General Sales Manager for El Dorado Broadcasters in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Riley, who was born and raised in Fresno, is already quite familiar with his new territory — he previously served as Director of Sales at Wilks Broadcasting, the former owner of three of the stations now operated by One Putt. “In addition to Josh’s media experience, he’s an entrepreneur who built a successful retail business, which is great experience when working with local advertisers,” said One Putt partner, John Ostlund. Ostlund’s partner, Chris Pacheco added, “This is a homecoming for Josh. We love bringing experienced and talented individuals back to Fresno.” Riley remarked, “I’m looking forward to returning to the Valley and joining the only locally owned broadcast group in Fresno. It’s a real privilege.”
