RAMP has learned that Daena Kramer has exited as morning host on Entercom Alternative KITS (ALT 105.3)/San Francisco. “I truly enjoyed every minute of my time there but I’m excited and very optimistic about what lies ahead,” said Kramer, who joined ALT 105.3 in October 2018 and was initially paired with Elvis Medina as Elvis & DK. Elvis left the building a year ago, and Kramer had been flying solo ever since.

Ms. Kramer is probably best known for her seven-year stint as the “DK” portion of the Dave, Mahoney & DK Morning Show that started at CBS Radio [now Entercom] Alternative KXTE (X107.5)/Las Vegas and later migrated to Hot AC sister KHMX (Mix 96.5)/Houston. Kramer left the show in December 2016 before it returned to Las Vegas. She later put her sales background to work at Alpha Media San Jose as General Sales Manager of Classic Hits KBAY and Hot AC KEZR (Mix 106).

Kramer added, “I’m eager to find my next home in morning radio but in the meantime, I’ll still be co-hosting the [Sun Broadcast Group-syndicated] The ’90s with Alfonso Ribeiro every weekend.” I can’t wait to see which adventure is next!”

Kramer can now be reached at daenakramer@gmail.com and through her website, daenakramer.com.
