• The official announcement is expected today, but RAMP has learned that Willobee Carlan, former Director of Broadcast Operations for Shamrock Reno is back in the radio saddle, teamed up with Paragon’s Mike Henry at the helm of Reno’s newest Music Discovery station.

• RAMP has also confirmed that, after a 15-year run with Curb Records, VP of Promotion John Butler announced he’s leaving the label for another interesting opportunity TBA. Butler’s extensive promotion history dates back to 1990 when he was Director of National Promotion at TVT Records. He later went on to executive roles at Zomba Label Group, Arista Austin and Squint Entertainment before joining Curb in 2001.
