Meet The New King Of Lincoln
• NRG Media welcomes Steve King into the family as the newly named Operations Manager of the company’s five-station group in scenic Lincoln, NE — AC KBBK (B107.3), Country KFGE (Froggy 98), Classic Hits KLNC (105.3 WOW FM), News-Talk KLIN-AM and Top 40 Red 94/5 (KBBK-HD2), replacing Steve Albertsen. King will also program Froggy 98.
King makes the move from Burlington, IA, where he had served as Director of Broadcast Operations for Titan Broadcasting for the past two years. His programming resume includes similar stints with McKenzie River Broadcasting in Eugene, OR and Cherry Creek Media in Helena, MT. Earlier in his career King programmed KDKB/Phoenix and he was OM for Townsquare Media in Shreveport, LA, El Dorado Broadcasters in Victorville, CA and Clear Channel Bakersfield.
