OM/PD Wanted: Leighton St. Cloud
• Leighton Broadcasting in beautiful St. Cloud, MN is actively recruiting for an Operations Manager for the cluster who will also have direct programming oversight of the market’s top-billing billing station, KZPK (Wild Country 99). The group also includes Top 40 leader 104.7 KCLD, News-Talk KNSI, AC KCML (Lite 99.9) and Classic Rock Z103 (KZPK-HD3).
Leighton Broadcasting believes in talent development, and as OM your duties will include direct talent coaching as well as working with our consultants, Mark St. John, Jeff McHugh and Joel Raab. The OM is responsible for the overall operations budget and works with each PD to manage their respective station’s budget.
We’re looking for a focused, experienced leader to build our brands and grow our talent. The candidate must be able to collaborate to maximize sales opportunities and successfully grow all digital platforms. Experience with news-talk programming is a plus but not required.
