Rare PD Opening, X1039/Colorado Springs

• Bahakel Alternative KRXP (X1039)/Colorado Springs has a rare and immediate opportunity for an on-air Program Director to succeed longtime station vet Shawn Rock, who is headed to Denver for a new adventure TBA.

First, a few questions: 1) Do you love music? 2) Can you lead, schedule, and aircheck a team of passionate pros? 3) Can you create exciting promotions and follow through on their execution? 4) When you are on the air can you crush the phones and entertain the masses, all while being LIVE?

Candidates must have prior PD or APD experience and at least four years of on-air experience. Your skillset needs to include experience with Music Master, VoxPro, WideOrbit, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, and OpX. Other digital skills like WordPress, Photoshop, and social media are a plus.
