The Programming Dept. – Salisbury Meets Saginaw

• Veteran programmer and air talent Dylan Salisbury has touched down in scenic Saginaw, MI, hired by MacDonald Broadcasting as Program Director of the company’s Mid-Michigan cluster, which includes heritage Country WKCQ (98.1 KCQ), Adult Hits WMJO (97.3 Joe FM), and Soft AC WSAG/WSAM-AM (104.1 The Bay). He will also do mornings on WKCQ.

Salisbury arrives from Portland, OR, where he spent the past four years as PD of Connoisseur Media Top 40 KBFF (LIVE 95.5) and Country KUPL (98.7 The Bull) until early June.

 Owner & CEO Kenneth MacDonald Jr., commented, “Dylan brings a tremendous combination of programming experience, creativity and passion for radio. He understands how to build a brand, connect with an audience and develop great talent, and we’re excited to have him leading our Saginaw operation.”

Prior to his June 2022 arrival in Portland, Salisbury spent two years as PD of Cumulus Top 40 KKMG (98.9 Magic FM)/Colorado Springs, CO. His extensive resume includes programming and on-air stops at WZPL/Indianapolis, KKDM/Des Moines, IA, KFRX/Lincoln, NE, KDWB/Minneapolis, KUDL/Sacramento, WXSS/Milwaukee and KATC/Colorado Springs.
