Santini Named OM Of Midwest Evansville
• Aaron Santini is the newly named Operations Manager of Midwest Communications’ Evansville, IL cluster — Full Service AC WIKY, Top 40 WSTO (Hot 96), Classic Rock WABX & Classic Country WLFW (93.5 Duke FM). Santini relocates to Evansville after a four-year run as Brand Manager of MacDonald Garber Top 40 WKHQ/Traverse City-Petoskey, MI. Prior to that he spent 11 years as a Brand Manager for Cumulus Media in Cedar Rapids, IA. Santini starts on Monday, Sept. 17 and inherits an award-winning cluster that includes Marconi and Crystal Award-winning WIKY, which has a 24-book streak atop the ratings and has lead the market for 43 of the last 44 rating periods.
Evansville VP/Market Manager Tim Huelsing stated, “In Aaron we find the right blend of energy-enthusiasm and work-ethic to lead our team of broadcast professionals into our 8th decade of service to Evansville and the Tri-State.”
