Lindy Joins Futuri Media
• Veteran programmer Scott Lindy has joined the Partner Success team at Futuri Media. In his new role, Lindy will work with Futuri’s radio partners to devise station-specific strategies for using the company’s audience engagement technology, like POST, TopicPulse and #engage, to drive ratings and revenue growth.
Lindy most recently worked for Cumulus Media in the dual role of PD of Country WKHX (Kicks 101.5)/Atlanta and Corporate Program Director. His 30-year programming resume also includes Cumulus Country WFMS/Indianapolis, Lincoln Financial Media’s WSTR (Star 94) & WQXI (ESPN 790 The Zone)/Atlanta and he was Director of Operations for Clear Channel’s Atlanta cluster. Earlier in his career Lindy was Sr. Director of Country Programming for SiriusXM and he programmed WPOC/Baltimore from 1997-2002. Lindy has also served on the boards of directors for several industry organizations, including the Country Music Association and Country Radio Broadcasters.
