Fitzsimmons ‘GO’ For Mornings @ GO Country
• Michael Levine, PD of Mt. Wilson FM Broadcasters Country KKGO (GO Country 105)/Los Angeles is pleased to announce that Angie Fitzsimmons is making her return to radio as Go Country’s new morning personality, beginning Monday May 27.
Ms. Fitzsimmons arrives bearing an extensive major market morning radio resume that includes her most recent seven-year stint as a producer/sidekick on Carson Daly‘s former morning show on Entercom Top 40 KAMP (97.1 AMP Radio)/Los Angeles until Dec. 2017. She previously served as Executive Producer of Adam Carolla‘s show and for Mancow in Chicago, and she also worked with the syndicated Ace & TJ Show in Charlotte from 1999-2005.
Fitzsimmons left radio in late 2017 to raise her three boys (including twins) and pursue a certification as a Pilates instructor. Now that the boys are in school, Fitzsimmons is making her welcome return to radio, as she stated, “I’m thrilled to be back on the air working with Go Country 105.”
