L.A.’s Wave Marks Juneteenth With ‘Justice Now!’
• Entercom Los Angeles celebrates Juneteenth today with Justice Now! — Communities 2 Unity, an on-air open discussion about policing, politics and the people. The RADIO.COM Original program will air on Urban AC KTWV (94.7 The Wave)/Los Angeles at 5pm PT, online at 947thewave.radio.com and nationally via RADIO.COM.
The show will welcome various civic leaders and activists from the community for essential and inclusive community-focused dialog, including Keith J. Gibbs, Director of Safety and Security for John Wesley Community Health; Alex Villanueva, Los Angeles County Sheriff; Eddie Levert Sr., founder and lead singer of The O’Jays; and Christopher Johnson, scientist, author, speaker and philanthropist.
