Jave Patterson: Free Agent
• Late Wednesday night, moments before we shut the lights off, we got this news from Jave Patterson, who informed us that, after nearly 25 years with Lotus Radio Corp. in Reno, NV, his position as Operations Manager has been eliminated, resulting in his departure.
As Patterson explains, “I began my journey in Reno in 1999 as PD for KDOT, and in 2004 was elevated to Operations Manager/PD/afternoon drive for our seven-station cluster. I relocated to Lubbock, TX from 2014 to 2016 in a similar position and returned to Reno in June 2016 as morning show host on Classic Rock KOZZ. My programming format experience has included Country, Triple A, Alternative, Active Rock, Classic Rock, Classic Hits, AC and Top 40.”
