iHeart Extends With Pittman & Bressler

• iHeartMedia announced it has extended the employment agreements with Chairman & CEO Bob Pittman and Pres./COO/CFO Rich Bressler until Dec. 31, 2029. Their current deals were originally slated to expire in 2026.

That information was shared in an 8-K filing with the SEC dated Sept. 2, that reads, in part: “On August 28, 2025, iHeartMedia, Inc. and its subsidiary, iHeart Management Services, Inc. entered into amendments to the employment agreements with Robert W. Pittman (Chairman & Chief Executive Officer) and Richard J. Bressler (President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer).

The Amendments amend the employment agreements that Messrs. Pittman and Bressler previously entered into with the Company, which were scheduled to expire in 2026.
