Entercom Inks Larkin As RVP

Entercom has hired veteran radio executive Susan Larkin as a Regional Vice President. Larkin transitions from Cox Media Group in Florida, where she most recently served in a similar capacity, overseeing the 14 stations comprising the company’s Orlando and Jacksonville clusters. Entercom told us they would not be revealing individuals’ newly assigned regions until they have filled their full compliment of RVPs.

Larkin previously served for nine years as VP/GM for Cox Media Group Orlando. Before joining CMG, Larkin was General Sales Manager for ABC-Disney Radio in Minneapolis and as National Sales Manager and Account Manager in Columbus, Tampa, and Syracuse, among others.

“Susan is a highly respected and top performing radio veteran with a winning track record,” said Weezie Kramer, Chief Operating Officer, Entercom. “At Entercom, we are committed to being a best-in-class organization with A-level talent, and we are excited to have Susan on board with us at this transformational time.” Larkin commented, “I’m thrilled to join Entercom, a company I respect as one of the best radio broadcasters in the country. I’m looking forward to being part of the company’s growing team of outstanding industry leaders.” Larkin is currently on the executive board of the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) and is the Radio Vice Chair for the Florida Association of Broadcasters.
