Marketing Cost Totally Worth It

• Sony Music Nashville has promoted Liz Cost to Associate Director, Marketing, Sony Music Nashville. Ms. Cost is now responsible for the strategy, development and execution of marketing plans for her portion of the label group’s roster. John Zarling, EVP of Marketing and New Business, commented, “Liz’s passion, energy and dedication to establishing a stellar relationship with her roster of artists and their teams over the past 18 months at Sony has delivered wonderful results and proven her ability to find compelling ways to reach the market.” He added, “I am thrilled to recognize Liz with the promotion.”

Ms. Cost is a native of Syracuse, NY and a graduate of Hobart and William Smith College who began her career at Arnold Worldwide advertising agency in Boston in 2007. Two years later she moved to Nashville and worked for the Ryman Auditorium, Bigger Picture, Digsin/Digmark and SESAC before joining the Sony Music Nashville marketing department as a Manager in January 2017.
