Tomlinson Earns Digital Upgrade

Justin Tomlinson has been named Manager, Digital Strategy for Sony Music Nashville. In this new post, Tomlinson will manage the day-to-day strategy for his designated artist roster, while acting as the Webmaster for SonyMusicNashville.com and overseeing development and content for the label group’s social media channels.

The new gig is a promotion for Tomlinson, who for the past year has served as Marketing & Digital Marketing Coordinator for RCA Inspiration, a division of Sony Music Nashville’s Provident Music Group. Before that he was RCA Inspiration’s Marketing & Publicity Assistant. Earlier in his career Tomlinson was a Consumer Research Analyst for Sony Music Entertainment and a Talent Production Assistant for Viacom/BET.

Tomlinson now reports directly to Ed Rivadavia, VP, Digital Strategy, Sony Music Nashville, who remarked, “With his recent experience at RCA Inspiration, Justin brings with him a fresh perspective to digital marketing innovation. I am thrilled to welcome Justin to Sony Nashville’s Digital Strategy team.”

Tomlinson said, “It’s an honor to continue my career at Sony Music by joining the Sony Nashville team.
