Local Man To Be Buried Alive

It just wouldn’t feel like Halloween unless one of your co-workers was buried alive… Luckily, a semi-willing candidate has stepped forward… with a slight shove — say hello to a man known as “Hugs O’Houlihan,” a cast member with Jared and Katie in the Morning on DBC Top 40 WKZL/Greensboro, who, for reasons still unclear, has agreed to be buried alive on Tuesday, October 31 around 7:35am at a place called “Woods of Terror.” No, seriously. We are told that Hugs will be placed inside the casket seen here and then buried underground. Members of the Jared and Katie crew will be on site broadcasting live during the event.

So, how did this madness reach this point, you ask? Jared and Katie have a weekly segment, appropriately called “Torture Tuesday,” where O’Houlihan is subjected to a variety of horrific challenges that cause him some degree of pain or general discomfort. We can safely assume that this latest challenge will considerably raise…or should we say “lower” the bar. “I’m nervous but also excited to be buried alive,” O’Houlihan said. “We always try to take our Torture Tuesday segments to… the next level™ and with this I believe we have done a good job.”
