• Cumulus Sports-Talk WGFX (104.5 The Zone)/Nashville announced that Ron Slay — “Vol For Life” and one of the city’s most recognizable and beloved sports personalities — has signed a sweet new multi‑year agreement to remain a central voice on the station’s flagship afternoon drive show, 3HL alongside Brent Dougherty and Dawn Davenport, which airs live on 104.5 The Zone weekdays from 3-7pm, streams on 104.5 The Zone TV, and is available on demand through the 104.5 The Zone Podcast Network.

In addition to his work with 104.5 The Zone, Slay has also served as a College Basketball Analyst for ESPN and the SEC Network for the past three seasons.
