Loper & Randi On The Loose
• Well, this sucks… RAMP has learned that North American Broadcasting Active Rock WRKZ (99.7 The Blitz)/Columbus, OH has parted ways with Loper and Randi in the Morning. No other details are available at this time. You may recall that the married morning duo had just celebrated their 10th anniversary with the station in June.
Jeremy Loper and Randi Rasar arrived in Columbus in April 2012, following a stint in mornings on former CBS Radio Alternative WPBZ (103.1 The Buzz)/West Palm Beach… until the station flipped to Hot AC as 103.1 Now.
At the time of their arrival in Columbus a decade ago, RAMP wrote, “No strangers to the unique peculiarities of Ohio, Loper was actually born there, and this will be Randi’s second go-round at The Blitz, having previously done mornings with The Grego Show.”
